Model Summary Plots

model_plots(model = NULL, uncertainty = TRUE, prior = NULL,
  verbose = TRUE)

Arguments

model	A LibBi model object
uncertainty	Logical, defaults to TRUE.
prior	A libBi model object. Containing priors to be compared to. Defaults to NULL
verbose	Logical, defaults to TRUE. Should progress messages be printed.

Value

A list of model summary plots
